Herr Ammerman was pretty cool for German, though I didn't learn the language all that well back then. Nachdem vier Jahre in eine Universität, ich Deutsch relativ gut spreche. I probably still wrote that wrong, though.

Dave Grohl of Nirvana, Foo Fighters. I met him, his wife Jordyn and his father, Stan, in the parking lot of a Guitar Center in Sherman Oaks, CA. Also, Frodo at a Fireball Ministry show. Mike Patton. John Stanier (drummer for Helmet) used, broke, and then autographed my old bass drum pedal, plus he gave me money to buy a new one. Monster Magnet at a Hollywood barbecue. Dave "Rave" Ogilvie and Critter. I delivered food to Dick Butkus' house, met his wife and son but not the man himself.

I don't have my dream job yet, but I still get to do some of the stuff I've always wanted to do: motion graphics/animation/video editing for commercials and TV shows. I'm finally getting my BA in Cinema in the Fall of 2015 from the University of Iowa.
